Products and Availability
StoreFlex may sell books, book combinations, digital products, gadgets, accessories, cosmetics, lifestyle products, and other products introduced in the future.
All products are subject to availability.
We try to keep product descriptions, images, prices, stock information, and other details accurate. However, minor differences in appearance, packaging, color, edition, or presentation may occur where appropriate.
StoreFlex reserves the right to correct genuine pricing, stock, or product-information errors.
Order Process
Every new StoreFlex order is initially received for review.
Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been fully verified or dispatched.
StoreFlex may contact the customer when necessary to verify:
- Customer information
- Delivery address
- Product availability
- Payment information
- Transaction ID
- Other order-related details
An order may proceed after the required verification is completed.
Payment Methods
StoreFlex may currently offer:
- Cash on Delivery
- bKash Send Money
- Nagad Send Money
For bKash or Nagad, customers must follow the payment instructions shown during checkout.
Customers may be required to send the exact payable amount and provide a valid Transaction ID.
Providing a Transaction ID does not automatically confirm payment. StoreFlex may manually verify the transaction before processing the order.
Never send your PIN, password, or OTP to StoreFlex.
Prices
Product prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳), unless stated otherwise.
Prices, discounts, promotional offers, delivery fees, and stock availability may change without prior notice.
The applicable amount shown during checkout will normally be used for the order, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors.
Delivery
Delivery availability and charges may depend on the customer’s location, product type, order value, promotional offer, or selected delivery method.
Applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout where possible.
Selected products or promotional combinations may qualify for free delivery.

Cancellation
Orders that are still eligible for direct cancellation may be cancelled through the customer account where the option is available.
Once an order has entered processing, courier-booked, shipped, or another advanced fulfilment stage, direct cancellation may no longer be available.
The customer may instead submit a Cancellation Request where eligible.
Submitting a Cancellation Request does not immediately cancel the order.
StoreFlex will review the request and either approve or reject it.
Return Requests
Eligible delivered physical products may display a Request Return option within the applicable return period.
Submitting a return request does not automatically create a refund.
The request will be reviewed by StoreFlex.
Digital or PDF-only products may not be eligible for physical return procedures.

Digital Products
Digital/PDF products may have different fulfilment and return conditions from physical products.
After an eligible digital order has been verified or completed, access may be provided through the customer’s account or another authorized delivery method.
Customers must not unlawfully copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share copyrighted digital content purchased through StoreFlex.
Customer Accounts
Creating an account is optional unless stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
Account holders may have access to features such as:
- Previous orders
- Saved addresses
- Wishlist
- Downloads
- Order status
- Invoice
Guest checkout may also be available.
Order Information
Customers are responsible for providing correct information when placing an order.
StoreFlex is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse
StoreFlex may refuse, cancel, or review orders where there is reasonable evidence of:
- Duplicate submissions
- False customer information
- Payment manipulation
- Automated abuse
- Attempted fraud
- Unauthorized use of the website
We aim to apply these protections reasonably and without unnecessarily blocking genuine customers.
Website Content
StoreFlex branding, website design, product presentation, text, graphics, and other original website materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where the material belongs to another identified copyright owner.
Third-Party Services
StoreFlex may rely on third-party services such as:

- Payment services
- Other technical services
Availability or performance of third-party services may occasionally affect StoreFlex operations.
Limitation of Liability
StoreFlex will make reasonable efforts to operate the website and fulfil accepted orders properly.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, StoreFlex will not be responsible for indirect loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, third-party service failures, network outages, delivery disruptions, or customer-provided incorrect information.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that customers may have under applicable law.

StoreFlex may update these Terms & Conditions when business operations, products, payment methods, delivery processes, or legal requirements change.

These Terms are intended to operate in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
